I could not be more excited to announce the second annual Stitch & Hustle Rhinebeck Shawl Knit-along & Crochet-along! Once again I have teamed up with Kristy Glass of Kristy Glass Knits and Stephanie Jones of Asylum Fibers for the Road to Rhinebeck Dutchess & Dragons KAL/CAL. How does the KAL/CAL work:
Get the patterns or the kit and knit and/or crochet along with us! Share your work on social media with the tag #dutchessanddragons. Then, if you are attending the NY Sheep & Wool Festival in Rhinebeck meet up with us at a specific date, time and location (to be distributed later) for a big dragon group photo! AND HAVE FUN!!! Have ALL THE FUN!
When is it?
The Dutchess & Dragons Shawl-along officially starts when you get your kit! So you can start knitting or crocheting right away. The official dates are August 15 to October 17. Finish it in time to wear to Rhinebeck!
THE DESIGN:
This year’s theme is Dutchess & Dragons. The Dragon County Crochet Pattern and the Dragon Kounty Knit Pattern will be revealed August 1st (*** previously scheduled for July 25th ***)
KITS:
Each Kit includes:
3 skeins of Asylum Fibers Daft DK Yarn in selected exclusive color
1 Skein Asylum Fibers Mohair in Charcoal Grey
Exclusive project bag by della Q
BOTH the knit AND crochet patterns
Exclusive project enamel pin and other goodies.
You can ONLY get the official colors in the kit, along with the other kit goodies.
PRE-ORDER IS OPEN THROUGH JULY 20 at the Pre-order Price (or until pre-order sells out)
Full Price Kits go on sale August 1st when the design is revealed (was previously July 25th)
Kits are limited quantity. When they sell out, they are gone forever!
I Ordered A Kit, When Will It Arrive:
We can only tell you when Kits will ship because the shipping time will vary depending on where you live.
All kits ship from the USA.
Pre-Order Kits ship between August 1 - August 5
Regular Orders ship 2-3 weeks after date of order and after all pre-orders are shipped.
You will get a shipping email with tracking details when your Kit ships
What if I want to make a different color?
The Main Colors are ONLY available in the kits exclusively. You can also order any colors you want from Asylum Fibers here. Use code DRAGON for 20% off through August.
Do I have to buy the kit?
No! But the only way to get the project bag, special goodies and EXCLUSIVE colors is in the kits.
Will I get both versions of the pattern?
YES If you buy a kit!
Otherwise they are sold separately.
