The Bayou Classic Beanie Free Knitting Pattern
/I love a good classic beanie with a bit of texture and style and the Bayou Beanie delivers! The Bayou Beanie works up quickly and is great for beginner knitters. The Bayour Beanie features Vireo Yarn from Universal Yarns and it is so silky.
Normally I do not really love yarn with sheen but this yarn completely won me over as soon as I started swatching with it.
The Bayou Beanie free pattern was first launched for Stitch Up Chicago 2023 in partnership with Universal Yarn and now I am thrilled to share it here for all to enjoy!
The Bayou Classic Beanie Free Knitting Pattern is great for beginner knitters!
I truly loved working with Vireo yarn and working up a classic beanie seemed like the perfect fit to test this yarn out.
And like I said… I love the classics. Whenever I get a new yarn and I gauge swatch I always do some quick math and work up a classic beanie.
This knit beanie pattern is beginner-friendly and an easy work up for all level knitters. Worked in the round, this pattern is a breeze to follow, and the finished product will give you a sense of accomplishment and a stylish accessory to show off!
