2 skeins Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick. (Also check out these great subs.)
Crochet Hook Size S
Large needle to weave ends

Finished measurements:
Circumference: approx. 28”
Width: approx. 20”

Stitches Used / Abbreviations:
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
ch – chain loop
sl st – slip stitch

Pattern Notes:
*** DO NOT TURN YOUR WORK AFTER EACH ROW. CONTINUE WORKING IN THE SAME DIRECTION ***

Pattern
Base: loosely ch 52 for base, sl st together *this is your base. Be very careful not to twist the chain*
Row 1: Ch 2 (acts as first dc); then 51 dc around, sl st to top of ch 2

Row 2: ch 2 (acts as first dc); then *skip one dc space and 1sc, 1 dc (in same next dc space)*; repeat * to * all the way to end; sc at base of ch 2 then sl st to top of ch 2

Row 3: ch1, dc into base of sl st where ch 1 is based, then * skip dc space, 1sc & 1 dc in sc of previous row * repeat * to * to end; sl st to top of ch 1

Row 4: ch 2 (acts as first dc); then *skip one dc space and 1 sc, 1 dc (in same next dc space)*; repeat * to * all the way to end; sc at base of ch 2 then sl st to top of ch 2

Row 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21: REPEAT ROW 3

Row 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20: REPEAT ROW 4

Row 22: Ch 2 (acts as first dc); then 52 dc around, sl st to top of ch 2

Fasten off. Weave in ends.
